SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM GUIDELINES:
The CCIM Foundation's CCIM Course Scholarship Program was created to support qualified real estate professionals in their ellorts to achieve the CCIM desianation. Recipients shall exemplity experience and qualifications commensurate with CCIM Institute standards.
SCHOLARSHIP VALUE:
Recipient will receive a tuition enrollment in one of the following CCIM designation courses: CI 101, CI 102, CI 103, or CI 104.

The Sharon Carz, CCIM Endowments
The David K. Hyun, CCIM Scholarship:
This endowment is designed to encourage active CCIM Candidates to complete their core courses. The recipient will be reimbursed the tuition for one of the core courses (CI' 101, 102, 103, or 104), up to $1,500 for The Carmela Ma, CCIM Endowment, and $1,000 for The Sharon Carz, CCIM Endowment. Reimbursement of course tuition shall be issued upon receipt of documentation evidencing the successful completion of the class.
The David K. Hyun, CCIM Scholarship, To be eligible, the recipient must have completed and successfully passed Cl101 and have paid CCIM national and Greater Los Angeles Chapter dues for 2024 The scholarship award is for $1,000 and must be used for Cl102, C/103, or C1104. The recipient must register for the course by October 16, 2024, but can take the course in early 2025. The recipient will pay for the course and provide the chapter with a copy of the certificate of completion to seek reimbursement.

The Carmela Ma, CCIM & The Sharon Carz, CCIM, Endowments The David K Hyun, CCIM Scholarship must be used in the calendar year of 2025 towards an in-class course (not applicable to exams or online courses); recipients can choose to be reimbursed for a 2024 in-class course that was taken prior to the scholarship award. Recipients must be active CCIM Greater Los Angeles Chapter members. Recipients will exemplify the character and professionalism of The Carmela Ma, CCIM & Sharon Carz, CCIM, Endowments and The David K. Hyun, CCIM Scholarship Selection Criteria.
SELECTION CRITERIA:
The selection shall primarily be based on merit, including the following factors:
